About Judy Cash

Judy Cash has real estate and business in her blood.  She was raised on the Mapes Ranch, one of the largest in the United States, classified in the early 1900s as one of the “Big Five” in the country.  She was also reared around business and banking:  Her grandfather, Joseph Miglivacca, was the founder of Transamerica and was a co-founder of Bank of America.  Today, as a broker/owner of Sun Land Investments, Inc., one of Judy’s own specialties is the buying and selling of ranches and resorts.

Judy has been working within real estate for more than 35 years.  Embodying drive and ambition, she was the first woman in the northeast area of California to acquire her broker’s license.  After relocating to Idaho, she became the first broker in the state to be associated with the prestigious Kilgore Real Estate Ranch network. Judy has lived in Sun Valley for over 20 years and is credited with the sale of the Elkhorn Resort and Golf Course in 1996, which was the largest recorded sale in the area. She has also negotiated 125 pre-sales for a golf-course in Hagerman as well as securing funding for minerals operations and software companies.  An unsolicited offer for 250 million was given to Judy for the Sun Valley Company as well.

Her extensive expertise in the sometimes complicated issues surrounding ranch and resort properties-water rights, zoning, acreage issues, and others-is a valuable asset to her clients. Dedication to serving the needs of this specialized community is a hallmark of Sun Land Investments, which counts 16 agents including Judy among its ranks. As the Valley has grown and changed over the years, there are new issues confronting property owners.  Judy appreciates this fact and endeavors to represent her client’s best interests throughout the process of acquiring or selling property.

No deal is too large or too small for Judy and she tackles each one with professional enthusiasm.
